It has been a long time since we wrote something on the blog. And with us that only means we have been really busy; finding a new place to live, working on immigration papers, holiday on the South Island with the parents.
Short story for busy people who don´t like reading (aka executive summary)
We found a house in Island bay, Wellington! Perfect, almost paradise. Warm, light, great view, surf spot at walking distance, and a veggie garden. What more do you want. (pics coming soon)
Immigration papers are handed in, waiting on a decision. In the meantime we apply for a temporary work visa. Busy with that.
Had a great holiday over Christmas with my (Merel´s) parents.. Sylvia one of my psycho friends (friend from psychology study) joined us half way. Tour around the South Island. Main attractions: Kaikoura, saw some giant ocean beasts. Manapouri, underground power station and Doutbfull sound. Dunedin, Klaas´s student memories.
