Oh yes, those FridayNightDinners. They will be remembered by us in our times of desperation and nostalgy, surely to come. The enthusiasm for these dinners was so big (because it was free food? just kidding!) we even had to arrange some extra evenings. So we had Thursday-, Friday-, and even Sundaynight dinners. We only made pictures on one evening, sorry guys! (still trying out how to put pictures on, you’ll notice when solved)
It was so lovely to be able to speak to you in depth, one big table and many friends gathered around it. Thank you so much! Not only for taking many of our books and goods with you (ha ha), but mostly for being there. Many of you asked us what our feelings are right now. A mix of grief and doubt for what we leave behind and see so clearly now, and we trust even clearer while away. But also love for you who are in our hearts and having the honor to have a place in yours. And above all excitement for the new adventure that lies ahead of us.
Undertaking such a life-journey makes you reflect on what is important and how you want to spend your life. And all we can say right now is that is has made us stronger, richer, humbler and more loving already.
